Ever & After is a product of S-Tree Works LLC ("we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect
- Account information you provide when you sign up, such as your name and email address.
- Wedding content you enter into the service, such as guests, budgets, vendors, tasks, and messages.
- Payment information, handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your card number.
- Usage and device information collected automatically when you use the service, such as pages viewed, actions taken, browser type, and approximate location derived from your IP address.
- Marketing information when you reach us through an advertisement, such as the campaign and click identifiers attached to the link.
How we use information
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve the service; to power its AI features; to process payments; to communicate with you about your account; to keep the service secure; to understand how the service is used; and to measure the effectiveness of our marketing.
AI features
Some features use artificial intelligence provided by third-party AI providers. When you use one, content relevant to that feature is processed by the provider to generate a response. Our providers do not use your content to train their models.
How we share information
We share information with service providers that help us operate the service, such as hosting, authentication, payments, email delivery, analytics, error monitoring, and AI providers. They may use it only to provide services to us.
We may share limited information, such as a hashed email address and advertising click identifiers, with advertising platforms to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. Those platforms handle that information under their own privacy policies.
We may also share information when required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
We do not sell your personal information. Your wedding content is visible only to you and the people you invite to it.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, understand how the service is used, and attribute visits to our marketing. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
The marketing site sends page views and a short fixed list of interaction events to our analytics provider, with no cookie and no browser storage.
Data retention and deletion
Your wedding content stays in your account for as long as the account exists. Cancelling a subscription does not delete it. You can request a copy or permanent deletion of your data at any time by emailing [email protected] from your account email. Deletion requests are completed within 30 days.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
The service is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 18. Guest lists may include the names of minors; that information is part of your wedding content and is handled like the rest of it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Material changes will be announced by email or in the service.
