Can I cancel anytime?: Yes. Manage your subscription from the app — it takes effect at the end of your billing period, and there's no cancellation fee.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?: Nothing is deleted. The core planner — guests, budget, vendors, timeline — keeps working exactly as before, and everything from Premium (your correspondence, seating plan, extra venues, meal tracking) is safely stored and comes right back the moment you upgrade again.
What's the refund policy?: See our refund policy. The short version: if it's not right for you, tell us early and we'll make it right.
How much AI usage do I get?: A generous monthly allowance, sized so real wedding planning never hits it — it exists to prevent abuse, not to meter you. Pro gets a much larger allowance for people planning several weddings.
Does the AI send emails for me?: No — and that's deliberate. It drafts; you review, edit, and send from your own email. Nothing leaves the app without you.
